Elevated Custom Construction is a full-service Custom Home Builder dedicated to building and improving residential and commercial structures according to client needs and desires. Founded in 2019 and based in Teton Valley, ID, our team is ready to make your dream a reality. We bring full-service design-build services and an expertise in building science to the greater Teton Region. We are focused on energy and resource efficient design and construction practices. DAVIN STITGEN, PE, SE
Founder
Davin graduated from the University of Wisconsin-Madison with a Bachelors Degree in Civil and Structural Engineering. Davin worked his way through college as a Site Engineer for a major construction company completing a number of University projects. After graduation Davin went to work for a precast concrete producer as as Structural Engineer. Davin provided technical design work on over 440 projects including: residential structures, mixed use buildings, educational facilities, industrial structures, parking decks, and AASHTO bridges. Davin has also passed advanced testing standards set by the National Council of Examiners for Engineering and Surveying (NCEES), which is required by states to obtain Professional Structural Engineer (SE) licensure.
Continuing to seek new challenges, Davin next took a position as a Project Manager. Davin successfully completed the construction of over 40 structures with an annual project value in excess of 10 million dollars. As Project Manager Davin was responsible for the success of a project from preliminary design to owner occupancy. Davin managed internal crews as well as specialty erection and finishing subcontractors.
Developing a passion for high-performance, energy, and resource efficient design and construction. Davin moved on to start Elevated Custom Construction with a focus on pushing the balance between high standards and project costs. After 4-years of focus on custom construction projects in the greater Teton Region, Davin has developed a set of standards that create comfortable, energy-efficient spaces, that balance with the escalating costs of construction in the region.
